How the Bio Gets Written
The bio is the part that matters most — and the part that most AI tools get wrong. Generic AI bios are obvious. They use the same five phrases ("boundary-pushing producer", "electronic music maestro"), mention releases that don't exist, and read like they were written about nobody in particular.

What It Doesn't Do
A few things worth knowing before you run it:
- Spotify doesn't have a public artist bio — the Spotify API doesn't expose the long-form artist biography you see in the Spotify app. That data is maintained by Spotify internally. The builder uses your genres, followers, top tracks, and releases instead, or falls back to your SoundCloud bio
- SoundCloud OAuth is needed for track data — without connecting SoundCloud via OAuth, the builder can't see your private track list, durations, or bio. It will still pull any public data it can find
- Events require a Spotify artist URL — the event scraper runs against your Spotify artist concerts page. If you don't have a Spotify profile, that step is skipped
- The builder won't delete existing content — if you already have a bio widget or music gallery, the builder adds new ones alongside them. You may need to remove duplicates manually after running
